Something just occurred to me in trying to configure my SSL aware Apache server. I may have a logic problem in how I am setting this up.
Are the certificates going to bark if I do the following: 1) I want to send the user my custom credit card entry page via my https://www.mydomain.com/ccinfo.jsp 2) User fills in credit card info, and the page submits straight to my bank https://www.thebank.com 3) The bank's server verifies the credit card and redirects result back to me at https://www.mydomain.com/result.jsp Now, is that going to cause a ssl certificate problem, when the user establishes a ssl connection with me (mydomain.com), but the page actually submits to the bank, rather than back to me? My goal, of course, is to not have the liability of user's cards on my server, but still using my own card entry page, and result page. Wow, am I going to have a problem here?
