I've installed and tested apache_1.3.22 + modssl_2.8.5
+ mm-1.1.3 on IRIX 6.5. Everything with
http is fine. Invoking "make certificate TYPE=custom"
with identical issuer & signer seeming
works properly. Viewing the certificates ca.crt &
server.crt with openssl shows no apparent
problem. httpd.conf is properly set to use
server.crt.
The client of interest is running under Java 1.4
(beta2) on Win2k-sp2. keytool on the clinet
imports ca.crt from the IRIX server without obvious
problems. keytook then refuses to import
server.crt, complaining:
keytool error: java.security.SignatureException:
Signature does not match.
I'm stuck.
Any help will be much appreciated.
