I recently installed apache with mod_ssl. when I start up apache using "apachectl startssl" the server starts up fine and listens on both port 80 and 443. However when I start up apache with out ssl i.e "apachectl start" I keep on getting connection refused. I did a ps -aux|grep httpd and the apache server is running fine. How come I can access my default page only when I use the "startssl" option?
