Gudmond,

I had this problem even after upgrading, you have to copy both the DLL's
(lib,sslea) to the winnt/system32 directory, AND REBOOT.

I didn't have to reboot with an older version (as far as I can remember) but
I did with 1.3.22.

It should work after that.
