Apache_1.3.20 and mod_ssl-2.8.4-1.3.20 won't work withopenssl-0.9.6b

Subject pretty much covers it. I confirmed by using an existing copy of 
openssl-0.9.5a patched to build.

Big problem with 0.9.6b was that libssl.so didn't have the linkages to 
libcrypto.so so no authentication and no loading of httpd.

I would appreciate feedback.
