Ok. This is the SSLEngineLog - what does it say in the apache TransferLog? - do you have a file like "index.html" in /home/www/panel/site? A lot of people make this mistake. As an experiment, could you cut out everything from httpd.conf *except* the desired VH on secure.mydomain.pl. Then see what happens. Alternatively, just post the whole httpd.conf and I'll take a look - if you promise not to shout.
