I had Apache 1.3.20, mod_ssl/2.8.4, and OpenSSL/0.9.6on a redhat 6.2 box
just fine... i had to take the web server down for a few weeks, and now I
can't get modssl back in function...

if it use:
/usr/local/ssl/bin/openssl s_client -connect localhost:443 -state -debug

i get:

I'm not quite sure what this means, and how to go about fixing it... any
ideas and suggestions would be taken kindly

Thanks,
