I've just "installed" a renewal cert from Thawte, and am a bit confused... When I click on the Thawte "verify" button on my website, it indicates that the expiry date has not changed - 2 days from today.
Here's what I did to "install" the renewal cert. After receiving the new cert, I renamed the old cert file to server.2000.crt, and named the new cert file server.crt. Both files are in /etc/ssl/private. I then re-started my server in the usual way. Re-checking with the "verify" button indicates that the expiry date is still 2 days away. Have I missed something?
