This sounds like a useful thing, and I would love to see it on CPAN. The name does not suggest to me what it is; I don't see 'Pardo' and think 'Parallel Looping Construct'. Howabout 'Proc::ParallelLoop' or 'Proc::ParallelFor' ? Mx.
