You don't. Nothing deleted dies anyway; it just goes to the
afterlife at BackPAN.
In order to facilitate the CPAN grep and diff tools you should
probably leave the 3 or 4 most recent versions and a couple of
old major releases around, but you certainly don't need to keep
every single pointrelease from the last 6 years around.
