An initial version of Pod::Readme has been uploaded to CPAN. It can be found at http://search.cpan.org/~rrwo/Pod-Readme-0.01/
This version does not yet have meaningful tests (*gasp*) and does not automatically generate a REQUIREMENTS or INSTALLATION section.
Feedback and suggestions would be appreciated.
