Hi I found a module on CPAN http://search.cpan.org/~goyali/google_talk_bot_v_01/ with the following comment regarding licensing:
"You are not allowed to modify the script unless having the written permission of abhishek jain" I am just wondering if having such code on CPAN is really what we want. It might be useful to someone but it is unclear to me if you could use parts of it in your code without the 'written permission of abhishek jain' or if that's considered modifying the code. To be on the safe side I decided to not even try the code so I won't need to look at it which might break the license. What do you think? Gabor
