Well, if you look at the source code, you see that abhishek did reuse code
from Nicholas Perez [1], which is GPLv2. IANAL, but I think abhishek has no
right to release his code with such restriction. It should be GPLv2.
If he is the original author, then he has every right. The only
question is whether his code should be in CPAN. I can't remember any
restrictions on licensing for posted code but there may be one.
