My thoughts on possible times:
* Sunday night after the dinner -- if everyone arrives the night before
* Monday dinner/evening
* Wednesday late afternoon/dinner/evening -- if everyone is staying and
willing to defer any hackathon commitments -- or perhaps make this part
of the hackathon.
* Lunch one of the three days if we want to timebox the discussion a bit
more.
Of these, Monday evening seems "safest" in terms of having the fewest
variables and greatest opportunity for length discussion or experimental
coding, but I'm around for any of these, so I'm open to any option.
