I didn't agree to that. App:: is already used for 'things which support
applications'.
And, I don't really see how it fits it into:
program_name => 'bin/foo'
If you want to use App::, I think you'll have to build heavier distros
which have lib/App/Foo.pm. But, maybe program_name implies
script_files or something.
