My intention with the Scripting:: namespace is to provide Perl
developers with a uniform interface for different scripting langues,
such as JavaScript, Tcl, Python et al, similar to the Bean Scripting
Framework (http://jakarta.apache.org/bsf/index.html) available for
Java.
If Scripting:: is a too generalized namespace, PSF:: (Perl
Scripting Framework), Scripting::PSF:: or equivalent will do just
fine.
