rationale:
The reason I ended up with the Scripting namespace is because it's
easy to remember and it reflects very good what the module does.
It also sounds very neet to be able to say, "use Scripting"!
This module might be appealing to people writing applications,
especially GUI onces with Tk, Gtk, Win32 or CamelBones so I think
they should be able to find it in the module list.
