why:
I am going to release a module that is for primitive input and
output of files whose records are separated by some single or
multiple delimiters (single:tab/comma etc. separated / multiple:easy
to human reading "[1] Subject : Value" etc.).
I wrote this module to unify methods to input and output these
files (especially "multi delimiters" data).
I would like to make more when I get some idea from now on.
