This module provides a database of words with which the user can
test paragraphs and phrases for vulgar and/or abusive content before
posting to public forums. The use can add and/or remove words from
the list during initialization.
A search of the internet didn't turn up anything to handle this
task, hence the module and name space request. Hopefully extensions
by others will be forthcoming.
