install vop mail on new computer shut down services on old computer run mailbackup config on the old computer. restore config on new computer (if drive names change you must edit file to reflect new name) copy mailbox directory and maillist stuff from old computer install upgrade there's a bit of a trick to changing the ip addresses. you might find it easiest to simply shut down old system first and rename new computer to have the mail server ip before you install vopmail on it.
