Yes, we tried everything we could think of from the client perspective.  We tried accessing it from another machine and from an IMAP webmail interface.  Nothing seems to work.  New emails show up, but no old emails and no folders, although they are clearly there in the actual server mailbox directory.

Did they do a refresh or sync?

Subject: [Modus] Not-so-smooth upgrade

I’ve got a call into Vircom, but I wanted to run the upgrade issues I had by this list.  The Web Mail server is broken now, but I think that is a DCOM permissions problem I’ll be able to work out with Vircom and we’ve got our customers up and running on a temporary web mail system in the meantime.

The latest problem to come to light is with IMAP folders and emails not showing up.  All of our customers who are using IMAP are not able to see any of their folders or emails that came in before the upgrade.  However, the emails and folders are definitely there in their mailbox directories.  Anyone have any ideas while I’m waiting for a callback?
