I should have pointed out that IESpell is an ActiveX control that needs
to be installed on the users PC. This ActiveX control is free for
personal use, but requires licensing for commercial use. As this is on
the end users system it is up to them to license it.

Clicking the Spell Checker button will automatically prompt the user and
open the download location in a new window.

I have implemented the IESpell checker for all instances of IE5 or
greater except for when the MS Word spell checker is configured. You
should not need to do anything special on your end unless you want to
disable the MS Word spell checker. If there is significant request to
disable the MS Word spell I will post details to the list.
