I am seeing this too in forwarded boxes and lists. If a list is tag and
pass, but the member destination is quarantine, it gets tagged and passed to
that member. I can sorta understand that one. An odd one though is I have a
catchall that is quarantine, forwarded to a user that is quarantine, and
everything is being tagged and passed, the server default. I emailed support
about it but haven't heard back yet.

Are you sure your Modus Server is tagging the messages? I have seen
cases where another server on route detects a message as SPAM and tags
it as such. In a lot off these cases the messages aren't really SPAM,
but then those other servers don't have Modus Mail v3 and Crystal Ball
v1.

For some reason some Spam is now coming through but it is being tagged
as
[SPAM]. We have our server configured to delete all mail...do not go to
quarantine, do not pass go...why are some coming through but tagged?
