I'm positive it's Modus3 doing the tagging. It even adds the sieve
script that tagged it in the header.. I'm starting to get reports from
customers of this behaviour as well and I'm starting to see a lot more of
them in my own mailbox.

Are you sure your Modus Server is tagging the messages? I have seen
cases where another server on route detects a message as SPAM and tags
it as such. In a lot off these cases the messages aren't really SPAM,
but then those other servers don't have Modus Mail v3 and Crystal Ball
v1.

For some reason some Spam is now coming through but it is being tagged
as
[SPAM]. We have our server configured to delete all mail...do not go to
quarantine, do not pass go...why are some coming through but tagged?
