It's just that in my quarantine after 12 hours most of what was caught was caught by my custom filters. then I lost the ability to look at the vircom native filters and found many caught by 'miscellananeous'.  I'm not sure i understand what that is, but thought that something went wrong with our install.   would you say it is better to not use the custome scripts or to continue to use them or to start with a fresh batch of scripts based on what gets thru now.   by the way, i think that this new program is actually less resource intensive that any previous that i have run in the modus line.   thanks vince
