Due to the above problem, we requested a new feature 2 years ago that would force the user to complete their information upon entering the web interface for the first time. If no "real name" was completed, then put in the email address instead. Been an ongoing problem for a long time now. :( I sure hope a re-write to the web mail isn't that far away. Users will soon forget that we are stopping all of their spam, and will come back to issues/problems that are still unresolved.
