Is there really any reason to block attachments at all if you are virus
scanning?  If an attachment is scanned and does not contain a virus, why
bother quarantining the attachment?  Won't it just annoy the user?  We
haven't enabled file attachment stopping and don't see a reason to do so...
at least not yet...
