We should all note the original request to extend for 30 - 60 days and
hence provide additional time to perform upgrades. 

In major production environments upgrades have to be well planned and a
30 day window by a manufacturer does not provide the level of confidence
I would expect. 

I personally feel that Vircom should comply with this request by
extending the period for a minimum of 30 days.

I agree, Something isn't quite kosher here.

I have never, I repeat,"Never" had an issue with upgrading modus.  The
only
issue I can see is the change from NT 4.0 to Win 2000 advanced Server to
take advantage of the web based mail.

I to am a small ISP and cannot afford to continually add hardware.  I
was
given time to do the hardware and software upgrade and everything went
smoothly.
