* This is the modus mailing list * Our MM3 mail server is up to 671 megs of memory usage. It has been restarted at least twice since MM3 was installed a week ago, and the MM3 services have been restarted a couple of times in that period also.
This machine did not exhibit "memory consumption" before MM3. (On MM2) Restarting services reduces the immediate size of a few modules, but doesn't restore all the lost memory. No modules are unduely large in memory usage that I can see. It is more like some process doesn't return memory to the pool, but leaves it in limbo. You may see the machine via PCSomewhere before we reset it to maintain service.
