this was helpful.. cuz one user kept getting their news articles from Yahoo! quarantined. the from email is different every time: [EMAIL PROTECTED] o.com but we were able to add [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the users whitelist preferences for them to address it from being quarantined in the future. users are denied the ability to use wildcards within webmail due to ID10T errors that could occur and the possibilities that they could quarantine all messages or who knows what by mistake. helpful in the event you need to use a wildcard setting that you may not want to be global.
