Vince, R T F M! L O L...

Email addresses can be added from the console or from the web int. Email
domains can be added from the console. If using the console, you can
add either email addresses or entire email domains at the server level,
the domain level or the user level. If using the web int you can only
add email addresses but not entire domains.

If you want to WL IP addresses this feature is to bypass spam filtering
for trusted IP addresses. This can only be done via the console. You
find that in Security > WL > Scanning WL.

These are two different things. There is a WL/BL for email addresses
and domains and there is an IP WL that will skip spam scanning.

I believe the whitelist looks at all non-wildcard entries and text as
literal text and it will not assume wildcard characters at any location.

Therefore, I think you'll need to use [EMAIL PROTECTED] or even shorter
*.upromise.com
