Yup, if you want to check if the ip address aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd is blacklisted
on  sbl.spamhaus.org you would invert the IP Address  and query
ddd.ccc.bbb.aaa.sbl.spamhaus.org in nslookup.

No records means they are not blacklisted. The existance of a record means
they are blacklisted.
