I have a customer who is using
a mortgage application to send attachments between branches via email, Modus 3.0
is killing the file because it's an "encrypted zip file" according the mortgage
software company, the extension tho is .dtx, upon receiving it the receiver
double clicks the file and it opens it in the mortgage software on their
end.
This has worked up til now when
we switched to 3.0, my guess is that because Modus recognizes the file as a zip
file, since it's encrypted and unable to scan it, it blocks
it.
Under the forbidden attachment
screen it only gives extensions to blacklist, no option to tell it to whitelist
extensions.
Does anyone know how to do
this?
Thanks,
Tim
