So do both:
copy "%f" "c:\modusmail\mailbox\~domain.com\bossguy\inbox\"
to get copies of received e-mails. This would be after the SCA engine does
it's duty.
and:
if envelope :contains ["from","to"] "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" {
fileinto "c:\\modusmail\\mailbox\\~domain.com\\bossguy\\inbox";
keep;
}
without the "to" option.

I think you can put
copy "%f" "c:\modusmail\mailbox\~domain.com\bossguy\inbox\"
in the Agent tab of the employee user settings.
This will copy files AFTER they've gone through the SCA
