When I had an Easynet issue, they wrote back promply, said there was a known glitch of unknown origin that affected many domains, and it was over.

Very prompt, courtious and professional.

Be sure your complaint is clear and doesn't come off like a whiner. (no reflection on you) just be sure your complaint is the actual issue.

Subject: [Modus] Easynet put to the test

Well, it looks like I may be putting Easynet to the test here.  I have my first report of a wrongful entry in their DB.  A public library in a town adjacent to San Antonio cannot send mail to me because their mail server IP is on the blackholes.easynet.nl list.  Below is what they are seeing in their mail server logs.  Their mail server admin insists that they are not open for relay and/or proxy.  He states that they have contacted Easynet many times to have themselves removed and have never even received a reply.  I tried a test telnet to their mail server to see how far I could get and it would not allow me to relay mail.

Has anyone else out there had a similar issue or any other issue with Easynet?  I will keep you posted on any response I receive from them.
