There's a reason I'm not in charge of everything in life...I'm not too quick at times! DUH! Yes, it WAS Password protected...don't ask me!! I don't know what I was thinking! I figured it could peek inside even with a password :)

Thanks guys...<blush>

Our example that we conveyed to Vircom was NOT password protected.

Daniel,

The (0x!08X!) is not impacting the actual update, customers are receiving the update from Vircom.  The (0x!08X!) is fixed in the next service patch.

Was the zipped file password protected?

Thanks.

Subject: [Modus] Dropper.Mimail

Guys,

A virus that was zipped got through our Mail Server today (to my eMail). The virus was Dropper.Mimail and our Virus Updates for Normal (Modus) are from 11-12-2003. I tried running a manual update and I am still getting the error message, "Result: Error updating '!s!' (0x!08X!)". I kept the virus / email incase somebody wants it :P

So I guess there's no resolution on this issue yet?

Thanks!

Sincerely,
