* This is the modus mailing list * I have not seen that except when they are using a old report to try to release but the message has already expired, or they had already deleted the message via quarantine and tried to release from the report.

I haven't yet found out if they are nringing the mail in via webemail or via outlook express. Heres the users email Any Ideas? Hello. I have never received any emails from the Mail Server before re: emails being SPAM or containing viruses and put into quarantine. I tried to "release" several, as they are from my cousin who is a regular correspondent. But it would not release them, saying it may have already been released (but it was not in my inbox). Any suggestions as to why this has suddenly started? Thanks. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Drew Salmon Sent: Wednesday, November 19, 2003 10:00 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [Modus] A bit OT Blackberry * This is the modus mailing list * I have had experience with BB in the past. There are actually two versions. The enterprise version is a software that watches exchange mailboxes for messages then it delivers a copy of that message to the handheld. This is the one that I worked with. There is also another version that I believe will work with any POP mail system. I am not sure of all the particulars on this though. I think it is more of a client side redirector which means their office mail client has to be open all the time. I guess this info is not much help but it has been 4 years since I worked with the system.
