* This is the modus mailing list * Had a customer report this to me today. When this customers mother tries to reply to any e-mail he sends her she get's a "fatal error" return. According to the cust. his mother is the only one who has this problem when replying to any of his messages. She can type in his e-mail addy and it goes through fine, just won't reply. And she says that his e-mails are the only ones that she can't reply to.
Going through the error logs I don't see any errors for his mailbox tagged with the IP range that she's on. Could this just be a bug in either of their OE's or could it be a communication issue between our Modus server and her ISP using Sendmail? I'm out in left field staring at the sun on this one.
