[Modus] [OT] Looking for a good mass mailing app

Hi guys, I know this subject is a little strange for this list, but here 
goes...

I'm looking for a good piece of software that will let me do high-quality 
mass mailing. Specifically, I want to be able to send company newsletters, 
Christmas letters, change notices, etc. I would like a good piece of 
software that supports embedded images, Habeas Warrant Mark, simple 
database, etc. Obviously I don't need random phrase generation or other 
obfuscation techniques. Also, we can handle the "opt out" links where they 
are necessary.

Normally we use a scripting language for this, but I would like a WYSIWYG 
editor for generating these to take advantage of both text and HTML 
clients, etc. Any ideas?
