We use Symantec Corporate Edition as well and your response sparked a question. When I try to exclude a specific directory it seems to take forever for Symantec's AV to expand the directories (on the webmail server or anywhere where there are large directories) so that I can choose the ones to exclude. Is there a registry hack that you are aware of that would simplify (and speed up this) process?
