Have you confirmed that what is set in the registry matches what is shown in the console?
I know that this is not always the case with user level quarantine report settings.
(Sometimes, the console will show a 1 day report frequency, where the true setting is the 7 days hardcoded into Modus)
I wonder if this is not related to the registry changes between version 2 and 3, and the way they are _not_ set when upgrading the system.

Silly question, but what version of Modus are you on?

I have had about 5 users in the past week tell me that the amount of
spam they are receiving is out of hand and that they are receiving 40
or 50 a day. I checked their machine settings and they are only
checking one account I then checked the quarantine for each user on a
user and domain level, I was shocked to find that for several of the
accounts only 1 or 2 messages with forbidden attachments were in the
quarantine and for some of the other accounts there were zero messages

in the quarantine. I checked their spam settings and all users have
this set at Extreme and it was not disabled. Is there an easy way for

me to test
rather or not spam scanning is working for these users?
