I have a mailbox that ended up with about 55000 messages. Most of them are the same message.
I want to delete the files (messages) that contain a certain string. File explorer and search crashes because of the huge number.

Is there a way to search and delete from the command line or using a batch file? Using del and grep.. what's the syntax?
Or some Windows program that can deal with so many files without crashing or slowing down the computer so miserably?

Thanks.
