Hi Salama,

As it happens I've just written something for doing just that in .NET

It can process all mailboxes, a single domain, or a single INBOX for a particular
regular expression, though it doesn't seem to like anything too complex like ^ or $
for some reason but it's doing what I wanted.

It allows you to specify how many lines of the MSG file to scan and what delay it
should sleep for between scanning each file.

I can provide you a copy (complete with source) if you like. Obviously the "no
warranties" disclaimer applies as this is just a quick something I threw together to
get a job done.

At the moment I have it scanning every mailbox on my system with a 20ms delay and it's
deleted over 190k messages (quota warnings) last I checked on it.
