I suspect you are not seeing the whole screen due to resolution problems.
Under find/user/preferences tab.  Whitelist Tab at the top.  There is a add
and remove box to the right of the white window.  We have seen people before
who have not been able to see all the tabs/or buttons because their
resolution is incorecct to see all to the modus screens.
