For those using MS SQL and the Extended Database a simple script would
actually cure this problem for you:

---
UPDATE [ModusTable]
SET [FullName] = [EmailAddress]
WHERE [FullName] = '' OR [FullName] = Null
---

You will need to check the column names as I didn't refer to an Extended
Database to write the above query, in addition check the table name!

This basically takes the email address and copies it to the fullname
copy if there is no entry already.
