[Modus] Web Mail

Howdy...

I have a user that is running Windows XP and is having a problem.
She gets logged in to web mail okay. However, when she clicks on
the "Compose" tab nothing happens other than she gets a beep. 
No window opens to compose an email.

I had her power down and restart her computer and there is no difference. 
I have logged on as her using a Windows 98 system and it works as it should.

I don't know if this is a problem with her system, a problem with XP or some strange
bug in the web based email routine.

Has anyone run into this before ?
