Hotbar is notorious for breaking things. On top of that, it is massive adware. The user hasnt complained of popups?

Hi,
Has anyone had issues with hotbar.com emoticons program causing problems? I have a customer who cannot receive email. In fact this is the error i got back when trying to send to him from an account on his domain.  after this, i tried to send from my yahoo test account and i'll provide a copy of the message from there as well that i got back.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

thanks
vince
