Hi,

We haven't seen many reports of this.  I would recommend you contact support who will take a look at the system and make sure no settings were changed during the upgrade to 277.  This is the most likely possibility, even if we've done our best to fix those occasionnal problems in 277.

Two kind of spams we're working on catching better are the foreign spams and the blank emails (which, by the way, is not spam by our definition, but we'll do our best to extend the engine's functionality to catch those as well).

Regards,

Subject: [Modus] SPAM/277Upgrade

Vircom,
Boy, are we getting blasted! Stuff that should never get through the filters is bombarding all of our users, myself included.
I've sent probably 50 to 100 spams to the spamtrap since 12/12/03 - when we upgraded. We're still getting them! I've received dozens of complaints from customers stating that we have "dropped the ball" - what's going on with this new build?
Is there a patch to take it back to the 273 level?
    Need solution today.
Regards,
