They almost never have a corrupted attachment, its is always a large attachment and they get impatient or don't know how to look at the download bar to realize that they are receiving a large email and then they stop the transfer, the mailbox is then locked and we receive a call that their email is "broken". We tell them it is a large attachment, we can delete it for them, they can download it by waiting or they can receive it via web email.
