Doesn't matter if it has the ability or not.  We still get a support call, and you 
still have to walk users through disabling it, or adding it to their allow list.  
Bottom line, a great deal of time is spent each day on this issue, and it simply 
doesn't matter which browser or which POP-UP blocker is used.
